We're hiring a

Marketing Coordinator

who thrives in a high-impact environment. You'll be a key contributor on a collaborative marketing team, working across multiple channels to help us grow awareness and help more Canadians get the peace of mind that comes from protecting their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate multiple marketing projects, keeping stakeholders aligned, managing competing deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met Stage and publish website content using our CMS (Webflow) Manage the moving pieces of marketing projects, keeping teammates aligned and campaigns on track (QA, creative production, campaign support) Take ownership of assigned marketing projects, ensuring details are executed flawlessly Coordinate printing of materials as necessary

Who You Are:

2-3 years of marketing experience. Bonus points if you've worked in a startup environment You have a high sense of ownership and thrive in an environment where you're trusted to figure things out You're highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once You're excited to test, learn, and share what works, and what doesn't You're comfortable working with data; you know how to read analytics and use insights to improve performance

Keep projects on track:

Coordinate marketing initiatives by aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.

Support content publishing:

Stage and publish updates to the website and Learn Centre, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Be a versatile team player:

Jump in where needed on other marketing priorities, including QA, creative production, and campaign support.

. The only requirement is that you must be legally able to work in Canada. You'll attend in-person company retreats and strategic planning sessions a few times a year.
