We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive marketer to help bring our campaigns, content, and patient communications to life, both in the clinic and online.
The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the marketing team in executing campaigns and creating engaging, on-brand materials. This role combines design, content creation, social media marketing, copywriting, and coordination across multiple channels, giving you hands-on experience with campaigns, patient communications, and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Support marketing initiatives, including design, content creation, and scheduling across email, social media, website, and in-clinic materials
Assist with social media content creation, including filming and post-production support
Draft and edit written content, including blogs, website copy, patient communications, and social media captions
Assist with the creation of marketing assets such as emails, social graphics, posters, brochures, and landing page content
Support our e-commerce marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns and product communications
Qualifications
Marketing, communications, or related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Comfortable filming and creating social media content
Comfortable working across multiple marketing channels
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Interest in healthcare, skincare, or medical aesthetics is an asset
