We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and help streamline operations and enhance client service.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the full marketing workload. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, keeping things organized, and supporting a team of agents who rely on clean, consistent branding.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
Plan and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Create reels, stories, carousels, graphics, and team updates.
Monitor engagement, handle direct messages, and manage comments.
Track analytics and share monthly performance reports.
Content Creation
Plan content in advance with Karan and the operations team.
Capture casual, behind-the-scenes clips and listing-related material.
Write captions, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Assist with photography/video when needed.
Brand & Website
Manage updates to the website (WordPress or similar CMS).
Create and maintain the team's brand guideline document.
Ensure all agents follow the brand guideline for email signatures, social posts, open house materials, presentations, and general communication.
Review and approve agent materials to ensure everything stays consistent.
Lead Generation & Meta Ads
Run Meta Ads for listings, brand awareness, and lead-gen.
Provide weekly reports on spend, leads, and performance.
Assign and track leads to ensure timely follow-up.
Work with the team on optimizing ad strategy.
Listing & General Marketing Support
Prepare feature sheets, brochures, listing packages, and signage requests.
Coordinate photographers, videographers, stagers, and designers.
Keep an eye on market trends and how competitors are presenting themselves.
Design and distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media graphics, emails)
Collect and manage client testimonials and reviews
Tools You'll Use

Canva / Adobe Express (basic design)
WordPress or similar CMS
Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
Mailchimp / HubSpot / or similar email platform

ChatGPT or other AI tools for content support
Requirements
1-2 years experience in marketing, social media, or paid advertising.
Solid experience running Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Good writing skills - clear and engaging.
Experience with basic design tools and CMS platforms.
Portfolio or account examples required.
