OBJECTIVES
Use BizSold's omni-channel approach to build our readers' B2B database
Lead growth plan execution with excellence, ensuring timely delivery
Devising strategies to utilize paid media to deliver high-intent leads to drive ROI
Work closely with the VP of Marketing to understand the growth strategy
Manage the co-op budget, tracking costs, and collections
Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing B2B digital marketing campaigns across different platforms: Search/SEO, Google Ads (Tag Manager), LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with cross-functional teams
Communicate with marketing, executive staff, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding new and nurtured lead performance results.
Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
COMPETENCIES

Proven problem-solving ability and ability to predict issues that may need resolution/follow-up actions, and the judgment/courage/business acumen to try new things without worrying about failing
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Strong technology proficiency with QuickBooks, CRMs, Office 365 (ie, Word/PowerPoint/Excel), and Virtual meeting event software such as Zoom

A self-starter; you love owning projects end to end
Humble, hardworking, and someone who interfaces well with all levels of employees with integrity
To regularly report & communicate KPIs (key performance indicators) status to stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and LinkedIn Ads
You have an expert understanding of SEO, CRM, Lead Nurture, and Demand Generation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position (Preferably in Marketing)
