Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, attract guests, and drive revenue. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, initiative, and a passion for guest experience and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Online Presence
Maintain content accuracy across digital platforms including website, social channels, sales collateral, and business listings with operational updates and seasonal refreshes
Track social media engagement metrics and generate monthly reports
Monitor and support guest reviews and online feedback in alignment with brand standards
Campaign & Marketing Execution
Act as the day-to-day contact for marketing agencies to develop paid campaign materials including social, display, radio, print, and event brand assets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and guest services to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and brand messaging
Manage email marketing platform including content development, deployment, and reporting to support campaign goals and revenue growth
Public Relations & Events
Coordinate with local PR agency on press releases and event communications
Support media inquiries, community engagement, and local activations
Coordinate influencer visits with a focus on brand alignment, wellness storytelling, and guest experience details
Provide on-the-ground support for holidays and special events as needed
Content & Marketing Administration
Track expenses, process invoices, and maintain budget control reports
Ensure timely filing of invoices and receipts to support financial accountability
Keep marketing projects organized, including asset management, internal filing systems, folder organization, and naming conventions
Support day-to-day marketing administration including calendars, project timelines, and approvals
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to marketing and spa teams as required
