Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels, including digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive engagement and enhance our brand presence.

Duties



Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote freight services across Canada and the USA. Create and manage digital content (videos, graphics, posts) to attract new corporate clients and business owners. Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns targeting truck drivers through Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and specialized transportation platforms. Build and maintain a strong online presence for the company brand across social media, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Participate in the design and execution of company branding on trucks and trailers. Coordinate and launch advertising campaigns for third-party businesses on our trailers. Analyze performance of marketing initiatives and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement. Create and distribute digital and print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and presentations for both customers and driver recruitment. Develop content focused on driver attraction: company benefits, compensation packages, testimonials, and career growth opportunities. Manage social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and ensure consistent communication with followers. Research industry competitors and explore new channels to attract both customers and drivers. Build partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and industry groups to promote the company's services and employer brand. Collaborate with the HR and Operations departments to ensure recruitment campaigns are aligned with staffing needs. Stay up to date on digital marketing and transportation industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Work closely with the sales and dispatch teams to design promotional materials that help expand the customer base.

Requirements



Secondary school diploma (post-secondary education in Marketing/Business is an asset). 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, HR marketing, or online advertising. Previous experience in the transportation/logistics sector is a strong advantage. Solid knowledge of major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. Understanding of SEO and paid advertising strategies. Ability to create campaigns tailored for both B2B clients and driver recruitment. Proven experience managing advertising budgets effectively across multiple platforms. Strong analytical skills with ability to measure results and connect campaigns to business outcomes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage multicultural audiences.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $33.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
