Social Impact Enterprises bringing hands-on STEM education and hydroponic growing systems to schools across Ontario via GrowBuildLearn. We're on a mission to help communities grow food, build sustainable systems, and learn together.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage our social media, create content, and help spread the word about our programs. You'll work closely with our team to tell our story and engage schools, families, and community partners.
This is a great fit if you're creative, organized, and excited about social impact.
What You'll Do
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Create and schedule posts, graphics, and short videos
Write content for emails, newsletters, and our website
Capture photos and videos at school events and workshops
Track what's working and adjust based on results
Support marketing campaigns and promotions
Help maintain our brand look and voice across all channels
Use AI tools to speed up content creation
What We're Looking For
1-2 years experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
Strong writing skills and eye for design
Comfortable with social media platforms and scheduling tools
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
Organized and able to manage multiple projects
Self-starter who can work independently
Interest in education, sustainability, or social impact
Nice to Have:
Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, etc.)
Photography or video editing skills
Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
Compensation
$18-$20/hour
40 hours/week
Flexible hybrid work (remote + Niagara office)

Currently unemployed or working less than 20 hours/week
