We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills that will make dealing with all departments a snap. You are all about strategic thinking and problem-solving. You come from a marketing background and know how to collaborate, organize and support marketing projects from start to finish.

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Schedule, plan and participate in project briefs (including collaborations) with the trade and marketing team using Trello
• Brainstorm with the marketing team to develop product-based sales proms and social media calendar
• Social media/web collaboration with OOH digital media management agency
• Generate, edit and publish social media collateral
• Manage content and information sharing between departments and suppliers
• Research, analyze and summarize all product data to help produce our brand guide
• Liaison between our company and product consulting agencies to ensure descriptive compliance
• Copywriting and preparation of trade, marketing and sales department documents
• Follow-up and ensure project completion deadlines
• Ability to present product line and brand at trade shows or Teams conferences
• Management of organic press relations and paid campaigns (TV radio and PR)
• Ability to work on-site

• Post secondary education in Marketing, Communications or Business
• Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo and Trello
• Strong sense of organization, skills in strategy, planning and P/L management
• 2+ years of social media and marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of online marketing and social media channels, FB, IG and Tik Tok
• Understanding of data analytics, performance marketing and conversion a bonus

• Bilingual spoken and written
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and problem solve
