As Marketing Coordinator you\xe2\x80\x99re a people person who is hyper organized, as well as a social media engagement pro. You make the link between the client and the Creative Teams in order to create top notch deliverables. You will lead client meetings, understand their needs, and then ideate campaigns, strategies, and deliverables based on those needs. Lead engaging client meetings.
Create and coordinate multiple social media calendars each month.
Plan and oversee the creation of deliverables across multiple departments including Copywriting, Graphic Design, Video, Animation, Web, and 3D Rendering.
Lead and collaborate with the team on large and small scale projects, from long-term campaigns and brand strategies, to individual graphic posts and captions.
Schedule and live post to our clients\xe2\x80\x99 social media accounts
Stay on top of multiple timelines and deadlines at once.
Manage communication and engagement with the online community by replying to DMs, commenting on behalf of the client, and monitoring social media channels for industry trends.
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
Provide excellent customer service by showing your personality, reading the room, asking thoughtful questions, taking clear notes, and always delivering!
WHAT YOU NEED
An in depth knowledge of B2B marketing through experience or education.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
Direct experience using social media management tools.
Strong communication skills, needs to be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Comfortable working in CST time zone.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools.
Copywriting experience.
