Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist in the preparation of RFP, RFQ, and proposal submissions for public and private construction projects
Research potential project opportunities and assess alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals
Develop, edit, format, and maintain proposal documents and templates using Adobe InDesign and other relevant tools
Collaborate with estimating, project management, and business development teams to gather accurate, compelling proposal information
Maintain and update a centralized library of resumes, project sheets, and proposal content for future use
Support the planning and execution of marketing, networking, and industry events to enhance company visibility and relationships
Manage and update company website content, ensuring alignment with current offerings and brand standards
Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms to strengthen online presence and audience engagement
Coordinate and execute client events, including planning, logistics, on-site support, and post-event follow-up
Design and produce marketing brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials
Oversee office administration tasks, including supplies, scheduling, vendor coordination, and general office maintenance
Capture and edit photos and videos to support branding, proposals, and communication initiatives
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
3-5+ years of experience in a marketing or business development role, with hands-on involvement in RFP/RFQ coordination or proposal writing preferred
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as tools such as Canva, video editing software, Microsoft Office Suite, and general document management systems
Experience in the construction industry considered a strong asset
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail and consistency
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and levels
Willingness to travel between the Mississauga and London offices, as well as to jobsites and events as required
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain organized and produce high-quality work while managing multiple priorities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
