Your Impact as a Purchasing Worksheet Development Intern:
We're looking for a resourceful and energetic
Marketing Coordinator
to join our team and help bring our brand and campaigns to life. In this role, you will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day marketing initiatives and contribute to projects that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is a detail-orientated and highly organized professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities and is ready to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Role & Responsibilities:
Support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, and social media channels as needed.
Coordinate and collaborate with content creators, designers and external agencies to produce collateral marketing and assets.
Maintain and update brand assets, guidelines, and marketing documents to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Maintain and manage the content calendar across all channels.
Assist in the planning of events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations.
Liaise with industry partners, vendors, and associations to support collaborative marketing efforts.
Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional items for internal and external use.
Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for digital and print materials including brochures, newsletters, social media, and website content.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Your Unique Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
1-3 years' experience in marketing coordination, event planning, vendor management, or communications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
