Overview


We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to be the visual and voice of our brand. In this role, you won't just be executing tasks; you will be transforming technical industrial concepts into compelling visual stories. If you are a graphic design wizard who also loves the strategy behind social media and product launches, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities



Visual Identity & Graphic Design:



Bring the Brand to Life:

Design high-quality sales collateral including brochures, datasheets, and flyers that make our products stand out.

Sales Enablement:

Create sharp, professional presentation decks to support our sales team and internal training.

Trade Show Presence:

Design large-format visuals (banners, booth backdrops) that stop traffic at industry events.

Technical Documentation:

format and layout Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

Digital Marketing & Content:



Own the Feed:

Manage our company social media accounts, creating visual assets that drive engagement.

Web Management:

Keep our website fresh by updating product images, PDFs, and landing page content.

Campaign Coordination:

Execute email marketing campaigns and product announcements that reach our distributors and customers effectively.

Project Coordination:



Launch Support:

Assist in rolling out new products, ensuring the sales team has every tool they need to succeed.

Asset Management:

Organize and maintain our digital asset library so the team can find what they need, when they need it.

The Toolkit You Bring:



Experience:

1-3 years in a marketing or graphic design role (Bonus points for B2B, industrial, or construction industry experience).

Design Chop:

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Cloud

(Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and

Canva

. You understand layout, typography, and print-ready file preparation.

Tech Savvy:

Experience with email marketing platforms and basic CMS (website) updates.

Mindset:

You can switch gears quickly--from designing a creative flyer in the morning to formatting a technical document in the afternoon.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
