We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving brand awareness. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a focus on digital marketing strategies, e-commerce, and effective communication. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and product management.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including email marketing, social media, and e-commerce channels.
Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Manage and optimize Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase engagement and drive conversions.
Utilize Google Analytics and Google AdWords to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and product management strategies.
Create engaging content for various platforms using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
Maintain the company website using Wix, including updates to HTML content as needed.
Assist in budgeting for marketing initiatives and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Analyze campaign results and prepare reports to present findings and recommendations for future marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and email marketing platforms.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
Experience with WordPress and basic HTML coding is preferred.
Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
