The Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day marketing activities across all digital platforms while supporting the planning and execution of events. This role focuses on consistency, organization, and follow-through ensuring our brand is visible, aligned, and engaging across channels.
This is a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys designing content, scheduling, digital organization, and bringing events to life.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & Social Media Management
Oversee all digital platforms, including:
Instagram
Facebook
Website updates (as needed)
Email marketing (if applicable)
Create and schedule weekly social media content in advance
Design Signage and Marketing Materials
Maintain a content calendar aligned with promotions, events, and seasonal initiatives
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style
Monitor engagement and flag trends, comments, or messages that require response or follow-up
Coordinate with internal teams to gather content (photos, updates, product launches)
Event Planning & Execution
Assist with planning, promotion, and execution of in-store and on-farm events
Support event marketing through digital promotion and on-site signage
Assist with event setup, coordination, and day-of execution as needed
Help track event timelines, materials, and promotional needs
Support post-event follow-up (social posts, recap content, engagement)
Marketing Coordination & Support
Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
Maintain organized digital assets (photos, graphics, content files)
Coordinate with vendors, when needed
Assist with basic reporting on social engagement and campaign performance
Skills & Qualifications
Experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable scheduling content and working to weekly deadlines
Creative eye for visuals and storytelling
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
Experience with Canva
Experience with Adobe programs (illustrator)
Event planning or event support experience
Familiarity with food, retail, or local brands
