Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic

Director of Marketing

to lead our company's marketing initiatives and drive growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

digital marketing

e-commerce

product management

, with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This leadership role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of current marketing trends and tools.

Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. Oversee the creation and management of marketing campaigns using

Facebook Advertising

,

Google AdWords

, and other digital advertising platforms. Manage website content and optimize for

SEO

using

WordPress

,

HTML

, and analytics tools like

Google Analytics

to improve traffic and conversion rates. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product positioning and marketing tactics. Coordinate with product teams to manage product launches, updates, and promotional activities ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Lead branding efforts, including visual content creation utilizing

Adobe Creative Suite

for campaigns, visuals, and promotional materials. Monitor campaign performance through detailed analytics, adjusting strategies based on data insights from tools like

Google Analytics

. Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels. Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead generation strategies that support revenue growth. Stay current with industry trends in

digital marketing

e-commerce

, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Proven experience in
