Select is pleased to be assisting our client in finding a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support their growing marketing and communications initiatives. Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay is expected to be $50-$65K/year based on experience
• Full-time, permanent position

Position Summary:

• Produce graphics for social media, websites, print materials, campaigns, and internal communications
• Capture and edit photos and videos for events, team highlights, and promotional projects
• Develop branded materials, including accessible, fillable PDFs
• Build PowerPoint decks for internal presentations and client-focused meetings
• Update and maintain content within the organization's CMS platforms
• Work efficiently with both vector and raster formats to support a variety of design needs
• Assist with planning, scheduling, publishing, and analyzing content across social media channels
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support research, content development, and workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, digital media, or content creation
• Strong design abilities, including confidence working with vector-based graphics
• Ability to produce materials for both print and digital use
• Exceptional accuracy and a high level of detail in all design and content work
• Proficiency with graphic and editing software (e.g., Adobe design tools, video-editing applications)
• Comfortable working with content platforms and basic analytics tools, including CMS systems or social/media performance dashboards
• Familiarity with common marketing and productivity software across both Windows and MacOS environments
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment

Bonus Points For:

• Strong creative writing abilities for social, web, or promotional content
• Photography/videography skills, including editing
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and comfort interpreting analytics
• Ability to build clean fillable PDFs and use AI tools to improve efficiency
