Job Description

Our client based in Kitchener, Ontario is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a 3 month initial contract. This is a remote opportunity however, the selected candidate must be local to the Greater Toronto Area to attend company events, and photoshoots. The Marketing Coordinator will be working 4 days a week.
The Position
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key part in supporting influencer partnerships, managing content calendars, coordinating marketing assets, and contributing to the overall success of their marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and executing social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop and schedule engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and blogs
• Coordinate traditional marketing efforts such as print ads, direct mail, event marketing, and promotional materials
• Work with graphic designers, freelancers, and other vendors as needed to execute marketing projects
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns
• Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role preferred
• Experience with social media platforms and digital advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
