MR MIKES is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support 50+ franchise locations across Canada. This role blends creative and operational marketing work, with a focus on planning, coaching, and execution.
Responsibilities:
Support franchisees with local marketing plans
Conduct regular calls and visits
Collaborate with graphic designer and marketing manager
Customize plans and use data to guide improvements
Create content calendars and presentations
Liaise with Operations team
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications
1-2 years of relevant experience
Experience in franchise or hospitality preferred
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Proficiency in marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Email)
Experience with Asana, Franconnect, or Chatmeter is a plus
