We are currently hiring for a Marketing Coordinator in the Oakville area, the ideal candidate will be able to qualify leads and send them to the sales department, create new accounts in the system and edit corporate marketing materials to fit the local region!

We are ideally looking for someone who is strong with editing written content who has a creative mind! This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to grow and develop with a small team!

Responsibilities
- Receive incoming lead calls and qualify them through asking relevant questions then pass the lead to the correct sales consultants
- Support the Marketing Manager in creating, editing and proofreading content for advertising
- Review marketing material from the UK team and adjust them to communicate the same message in the Ontario market
- Maintain the Social Media page for the organization and answer any questions/comments on that page.
- Create reports and review data analytics to taylor marketing efforts (trained)

Qualifications
- Ability to work well with others on a wide variety of tasks simultaneously with deadlines in mind
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with data to influence future decisions and marketing strategies
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt to the unique market needs
