Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing local marketing initiatives with a focus on video production, graphic design, content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling abilities, an eye for design, and a firm command of written English for clear, effective communication. Proficiency with Canva and a working knowledge of AI-based marketing tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and in-clinic use. Design branded materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including digital assets, print collateral, signage, and promotional graphics. Manage local social media channels: content creation, scheduling, publishing, and engagement. Write clear, compelling, and grammatically sound copy for social media, web, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Support campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in tone, look, and message. Leverage AI marketing tools to assist with content ideation, analytics, and campaign optimization. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to align with overall brand strategy and guidelines. Monitor performance metrics for local campaigns and provide regular reports and insights. Assist with photography and onsite promotional events as needed.

Role Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in a marketing or creative role. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Familiarity with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar platforms. Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills. Experience managing professional social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
