Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our existing team. The ideal candidate will have strong copy writing skills, proficiency in WordPress, with a keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of lead funnels. They must possess website design skills, and have experience executing online advertising campaigns. Experience creating trade show marketing materials including brochures, signage, and digital assets is considered a bonus. While marketing strategy will be led by the existing Marketing Team, your input and initiative will be valued in shaping and executing marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Craft compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, product manuals, company newsletters, email campaigns, trade shows and more. Build, analyze and optimize lead funnels to increase conversion rates and drive sales. Design and implement website updates and improvements. Develop and deliver educational content to clients, helping them understand and maximize the benefits of our products. Support the setup, monitoring, and reporting of

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

campaigns in coordination with the existing Marketing Team. Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing campaigns. Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, error-free, and aligned with our brand voice and visual identity. Creating trade show marketing materials including brochures, signage, and digital assets.

Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing role, graphic design, communications and a strong portfolio of copywriting work. In-depth understanding of lead funnels, marketing plans, strategies with experience in building and implementation. Manage and update company websites using

WordPress

, ensuring brand consistency and optimized user experience. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

campaign management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment inline with (EOS), Entrepreneurial Operating Systems. Basic website design skills, technical skills, Affinity or Adobe HTML, CSS, etc.are a bonus.
