• 5+ years of applicable work experience in a deadline-oriented, fast paced business environment
• Demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize and adhere to deadlines
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a careful attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to re-prioritize throughout the day
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous experience in event management, retail support & marketing production is required
• Competent in MS Office and experience in InDesign and Illustrator is an asset
• Experience in managing vendor relationships is an asset
• Experience managing activities through a workflow management system is an asset

You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of all in-store representation directives in accordance with planograms and business needs. Additionally, your duties include direct collaboration with retail store managers to resolve store-related issues and marketing inquiries. You will take ownership of marketing activities associated with supporting and coordinating regional sales events and community events.ResponsibilitiesRetail Support

• Maintain and upkeep the content of store planograms
• Coordinate with Marketing Managers on planogram changes
• Ensure merchandising directives are implemented according to planograms
• Fulfill store requests
• Resolve retail store-related issues
• Manage retail communications

Event Coordination

• Manage and fulfill offsite events
• Manage inventory and coordinate event logistics, the flow of equipment and trade show materials with Sales and vendors
• Track expenditures
• Maintain events schedule
• Administrative tasks as required
