The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the brand's presentation and voice across all channels. This role works directly with the
Design Director
, and in close partnership with Northcott's
marketing leadership,
graphic design, content, and digital marketing teams
, as well as a range of
external creative collaborators, contractors, and event partners
.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with leadership and the creative team to maintain and evolve brand identity.
Plan and manage content calendars across digital, print, and social channels.
Oversee creative projects--from product storytelling to photography and campaign assets.
Support brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and media opportunities.
Coordinate timelines and logistics for marketing materials, photo shoots, and events.
Guide strategy for email marketing and web content, working with a Digital Marketing Coordinator on execution.
Develop engaging social media content and interact with the creative community.
Plan and support brand participation in trade shows, conventions, and product launches.
Use analytics and insights to refine storytelling and strengthen brand engagement.
About You
You're a creative, organized marketing professional who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You're collaborative, detail-oriented, and inspired by artistry, craft, and storytelling.
You bring:
3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management
Strong communication skills and a visual eye for brand cohesion
Familiarity with
handcraft, fabric, or quilting industries
Understanding of
B2B marketing
and experience with retail/wholesale partners
Experience managing creative projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
Comfort with digital marketing tools, content planning, and social media platforms
Enthusiasm for supporting a designer-driven, creative environment
Workplace & Culture
This position is part of Northcott's dynamic marketing and design network, collaborating with both in-office and remote team members. While flexibility in remote or hybrid structure will be considered depending on experience and location, a
Canada-based candidate is preferred,
