One of our major banking clients is looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Campaign, Reporting, Ranking exp.)
Length: 9 months Contract with the possibility of an extension
Location: Downtown Toronto, ON
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
LOB: Wealth Investments

ROLE MANDATE:
The retail investments marketing team develops strategic marketing initiatives in support of growth objectives and differentiation for products such as GICs, mutual funds, ETFs, etc. The ideal candidate will help execute against short term deliverables while providing support and input into defining the strategy of individual campaigns that drive the long-term growth for the bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• Manage day-to-day requirements to deliver campaigns on time
• Collaborating with agencies to support development of creative & media plans
• Compliance reviews/approvals
• Stakeholder management
• Collaborating with product & channel partners
• Support strategic planning and impact
• Time management & deadlines management: keep teams and partners on track to deliver, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Track reports & results for campaign performance

TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years marketing experience
• 2-3 years Project management skills (NOT experience)
• Sharp, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Microsoft office- Expert ( 3-5 years\' experience)
• Strong written and oral presentation skills and presence
• Strong technical ability with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Post -secondary minimum, specializing in marketing and/or business
• 5 years of marketing campaigns experience, project management skills, stakeholder management
• Experience in banking, financial industry knowledge/experience also beneficial
• Data driven & marketing analytics
