The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the execution of the Pool or Construction Division Strategy through planning, implementing, controlling, monitoring and evaluating the Sales & Marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities





Maintains and continues to develop the brand's identity, messaging, and overall public image. Creates informative and valuable content for websites, blogs, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Promotes products and resources across various digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and mobile apps. Plans and executes events to promote the brand, products, and resources, including events at our facility, our customers' facilities, major industry tradeshows and Industry events. Drives strategies and content for launching and marketing new products. Works to improve a company's visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs). Focuses on both organic (SEO) and paid search strategies to increase visibility. Drives strategies and content for co-branding opportunities with existing customers. Analyzes marketing campaigns and data to help inform future strategies. Analyzes market information and trends to help guide both marketing, sales, and design strategies. Participate in the development of the strategic business plan that meets the goals and objectives of the Industrial Sales Team. Achieves departmental objectives by contributing marketing information, preparing and completing of action plans and reporting out progress. Establishes good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with internal and external customers to achieve the goals of the organization. Other related duties as assigned.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Education:

Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.


Experience:


Three+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably B2B, preferably in the pool industry. Knowledge of website basics and SEO optimization preferred but not essential. Experience with all major social media platforms and managing social media accounts
