Collectivfide is growing so we are looking to add to our Marketing team. Working directly under the Marketing Specialist, this role will provide marketing support for both Collectivfide and our broker partners to help increase our digital presence and support our strategic priorities.
Being a relatively new start up, we are a small but mighty team at Collectivfide, so this role is ideal for a self-starter who has a passion for using social media specifically and digital marketing in general to help our businesses grow and thrive! This role will be primarily remote but will require in office attendance for collaboration days, team meetings, etc. in our Cambridge, ON office.

What Will You Spend Your Time Doing?

• Responsible for the social media for all broker partners, including content creation, scheduling, posting, graphics.
• Schedule, manage, monitor and engage with all of our social media platforms (Facebook, IG, LinkedIn) to grow followers
• Create compelling social media content that will drive engagement for social media channels, including but not limited to videos, blogs, reels, and static content.
• Responsible for coming up with creative ways to \xe2\x80\x9cslice-and-dice\xe2\x80\x9d content into multiple assets for different channels and client groups.
• Remain up to date with trends and best practices for social media
• Update websites to ensure content remains current and engaging.
• Assist with web design, content writing and transfer, as well as optimizing websites with SEO best practices.
• Creation of blog posts that follow SEO best practices.
• Manage internal newsletter
• Provide support to the Marketing Specialist for marketing programs and initiatives.
• Support our business unit teams and our broker partners with marketing collateral.
• Represent Collectivfide at community/industry events when required.

Key Qualifications

• 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a similar role.
• Experience working with multiple client groups, an asset
• Must have previous experience working on company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter).
• Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
• Previous experience with stock images.
• Prior working experience with Hootsuite or Square Space is an asset.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to multi-task and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• This role will require occasional travel to represent/support Collectivfide at company or industry events.
