CryptoTherm, a leading manufacturing company in the cooling and heat transfer sector, is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator at Cryptotherm Manufacturing, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts across multiple channels. The role will assist in the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns that promote our cutting-edge thermal management solutions. Responsibilities / Duties:

Manage and update content on the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels. Coordinate/collaborate marketing events, trade shows, and industry conferences, including logistics, booth setup, and promotion. Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email newsletters that effectively communicate our products' value propositions. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development efforts. The role reports to the COO on marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize future efforts. Generate leads through various social media channels in coordination with the sales executive. Help manage advertising and promotional materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.

Skills / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand-building Experience with artificial intelligence is considered an asset. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is considered an asset. Knowledge of bitcoin and the crypto industry is considered an asset.
