Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and coordination of marketing campaigns and analysis in support of all Highfield assets. This is a junior-level position designed for someone eager to take the next step in their marketing career. You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders as needed to elevate and bring exposure to Highfield and its entire suite of businesses, with a focus on Highfield's Land Management and Land Development divisions. From managing social media, website maintenance, coordinating events, and content design, you will use your excellent time management skills and creativity to get the job done. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow through mentorship, exposure to strategic projects, and opportunities to develop skills that will be the key to your success.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Post-secondary education in marketing with 2+ years of experience in a marketing role in an entrepreneurial environment Desire to grow within the organization. Keen interest in taking on new challenges and expanding your knowledge and skillset. Knowledge of the land development and commercial real estate industries is an asset but not required An excellent understanding of latest technologies and how to apply them in marketing campaigns and company branding Basic knowledge and understanding of digital ad serving concepts and channels such as Google AdWords. Experience collaborating across multiple internal and external departments on a project-basis. Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, as well as experience with WordPress content management system. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people at all levels An outgoing go getter looking to get results!
You'll work closely with an experienced Marketing Manager and leadership team, allowing you to build new skills, grow your expertise, and take on increasing responsibility as you develop within the organization.
