What You'll Do

Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms Assist with listing marketing: photos, videos, staging coordination, brochures, feature sheets, and property ads Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Write engaging copy for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials Manage posting schedules, track performance, and provide insights to the team Support the creation of promotional materials and client events Assist with CRM updates and marketing automations Work closely with agents and team leads to support ongoing sales and branding initiatives

What We're Looking For

Someone who will fit in with our team culture -- friendly, respectful, collaborative, and ready to grow with us Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms, tools, and applications Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online visibility strategies Experience with Canva, social media management tools, or similar programs Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Previous real estate marketing experience is an asset but not required
