Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
TMA Systems is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our global marketing team. This is a junior-level role within our growth team for someone early in their marketing career. We are looking for someone who's eager to learn, contribute quickly, and get hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing. You'll support events, campaigns, and marketing operations while working closely with experienced marketers across the US, Canada, and Australia. This role is ideal for someone who likes variety, takes initiative, and is focused on getting things done.
What you'll do
Support event execution including tradeshows and customer events (planning, logistics, timelines, follow-up) Help execute marketing campaigns across customer marketing, prospecting/demand gen, and partner initiatives Support project management and coordination using Monday.com (or similar tools) to keep programs on track Assist with marketing operations and administrative tasks that keep the team moving efficiently Jump in where needed across the team, including: + Writing or editing light marketing content
+ Creating and scheduling social posts
+ Pulling basic reports and metrics
+ Building PowerPoint presentations and decks
+ Supporting ad hoc marketing projects
This is a true "roll up your sleeves" role with exposure to many parts of marketing.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of marketing, communications, events, or related experience (internships count) Experience with project management tools required; Monday.com strongly preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Curious, proactive, and comfortable suggesting ideas or process improvements Strong bias toward action--someone who's excited to contribute and learn fast * Comfortable working with guidance while taking ownership of assigned tasks
