This position replaces the use of third-party social media agencies and is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in
hospitality or retail marketing
, strong execution skills, and the ability to manage both digital and on-site campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Plan and execute
monthly marketing strategies and campaigns
aligned with brand and sales objectives.
Develop campaign ideas for promotions, seasonal offers, product launches, and special events.
Conduct basic market and competitor research to inform marketing decisions.
In-Store (On-Site) Marketing
Plan and coordinate
in-store marketing campaigns
including posters, counter displays, window signage, and promotional materials.
Ensure consistency between in-store messaging and digital campaigns.
Support store openings, anniversaries, and special promotions.
Social Media Management (In-House Execution)
Manage and
post content directly
on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Create content calendars, captions, stories, and basic reels.
Monitor engagement, respond to interactions where required, and track performance.
Content Creation & Coordination
Coordinate photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce content.
Plan and manage photoshoots and content creation days.
Review and organize creative assets to ensure brand consistency.
Campaign Execution & Reporting
Execute digital and in-store campaigns from concept to launch.
Track performance and prepare simple monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Optimize future campaigns based on results and trends.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with operations and management teams.
Align marketing initiatives with store operations and sales objectives.
Support multiple brands and locations under the group.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Facebook Advertising, email marketing, and Google AdWords.
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including WordPress websites, ensuring seamless user experience and product presentation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
Utilize SEO techniques to improve website ranking and organic traffic growth through keyword research and content optimization.
Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Coordinate product management activities including product launches, updates, and promotional campaigns.
Create engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Manage social media accounts by planning content calendars, creating posts, and monitoring engagement metrics.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives; support lead generation initiatives.
Oversee budgeting for marketing campaigns to ensure efficient allocation of resources while maximizing impact.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in
hospitality, F&B, or retail
.
Proven experience in
planning and executing marketing strategies and in-store campaigns
.
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts directly.
Experience coordinating photographers, designers, and printers.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic Adobe tools is an asset.
