As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in bringing strategic initiatives to life across our network of childcare centres. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with the Vice-President, you'll contribute to a wide range of projects, from marketing campaigns and enrolment growth to new centre development and organizational performance initiatives.
We're looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This role offers variety, collaboration, and the chance to make a real difference, shaping the growth and success of our organization while supporting meaningful work that positively impacts families and communities.
This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) to commence in January 2026,
offered in a hybrid work environment (i.e. typically 2 days pre week onsite at the Support Centre located in Burlington).
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Enrolment Support
Support the day-to-day digital marketing activities, working closely with the Manager and agency to execute campaigns that drive awareness and enrolment
Manage content updates across our websites and ensure information is accurate, timely and aligned with brand messaging
Create and schedule social media posts that showcase our programs, centres and culture, maintaining a consistent and engaging online presence
Create and deploy communications on a monthly basis (e.g. parent and team newsletters, centre communication screens)
Ensure all marketing materials, visuals, and communications reflect brand standards and tone
Project Coordination
Support planning and execution of strategic projects where required (e.g. new centre growth, AI task force)
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes and follow up on action items
Administrative & Team Support
Fulfill graphic requirements for the organization (e.g. signs, flyers)
Support coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment
Manage shared folders, trackers and templates to keep information organized and accessible
Provide administrative support to the VP and Manager where required
Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
2-4 year of experience in a coordination or project support role
Proficient in Canva for designing marketing assets such as ad creatives, social media visuals, and presentation materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on PowerPoint for presentation and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Previous experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce would be an asset.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and track projects from start to finish using tools and frameworks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Adaptable, innovative, and able to manage confidential information with discretion
