Brant County Ford is a well-established dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in both sales and service. We are seeking a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to manage our online presence and support our brand across multiple platforms.
Position Overview
The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and improving Brant County Ford's digital presence. This includes managing social media channels, updating the website, coordinating vehicle photos, and assisting with marketing initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and support dealership growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, self-motivated, and passionate about digital marketing, photography, and automotive branding.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice
Develop monthly content plans in coordination with dealership management
Website Management
Keep vehicle listings up to date, including photos, descriptions, and promotions
Update homepage banners, specials, and dealership announcements
Work with the Sales Manager to ensure accuracy of online inventory
Photography & Video Content
Capture high-quality photos and videos of inventory and dealership events
Work with the Lot Coordinator to position vehicles for optimal presentation
Edit and prepare content for online use
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and promoting dealership events
Track marketing metrics and provide simple performance reports
Support branding, signage, and in-store promotional materials as needed
Qualifications
Experience in social media management or digital marketing (professional or academic)
Strong photography and/or videography skills (smartphone or DSLR)
Familiarity with editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Basic website management experience (inventory tools, CMS platforms, or automotive dealer systems is an asset)
A valid driver's licence is an asset
Hours & Work Environment
Part-time: 20-30 hours per week
Flexible scheduling is available
Combination of on-site work at the dealership and occasional off-site content capture
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.30-$39.14 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
