9 Story Media is seeking a Coordinator to work directly with our Vice President, Trade Marketing. Candidates must have exceptional organization and communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in the children's media field. Key responsibilities include supporting the Marketing team and liaising between internal departments, external partners, vendors and clients. This job is based in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities



- Create and refine sales materials, including decks, sell sheets, and catalogues


- Follow up with clients on launch dates and performance ratings


- Support client deliveries and obtain approvals for a large range of global partners including linear broadcasters, major streaming platforms and AVOD services


- Manage the brand launch tracker and ensure timely updates


- Retrieve, organize, and log updates to fact sheets; keep brand information current


- Prepare and package files for external designers, clients, and partners


- Proofread and update marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency


- Conduct research and support basic asset creation for series-specific activity sheets and games


- Provide proactive support to the sponsorship team, including portal backend assistance


- Manage agendas, calendar invites, and communications for brand meetings


- Liaise with and support the needs of other internal departments on marketing initiatives


- Perform additional general administrative and marketing tasks as needed


Key Requirements



- 2+ years of experience in a marketing like role, children's content experience a plus


- Proficient with PC, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and Canva


- Basic graphic design capabilities an asset


- Ability to learn and adapt to new software & systems


- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral


- Detail-oriented, collaborative, self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task


- Proven track record of balancing a strategic approach with short deadlines and shifting priorities


- High interest and understanding of visual storytelling


- Keen eye for design and strong interest in children's media field
