Role Overview



We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a proactive and high-performing Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive Triton's brand presence and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys planning and executing events, and has a creative mindset for bringing ideas to life. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in campaign management, content coordination, and event logistics, supporting the marketing team's goal to amplify Triton's brand and drive engagement across channels.

Role and Responsibilities



Event Marketing



Coordinate logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up for trade shows, webinars, and conferences. Manage marketing and promotional materials, ensuring delivery timelines and brand consistency. Act as the main liaison between vendors, internal teams, and event organizers. Provide on-site event support as required (occasional travel).

Campaign & Content Support



Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, and events). Maintain and organize marketing assets, content calendars, and campaign documentation. Support the creation of newsletters, social media posts, presentations, and web content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Monitor campaign performance against timelines and objectives.

Communications & Collaboration



Assist with internal announcements, client updates, and partnership communications. Manage and update CRM contact lists to support targeted marketing campaigns. Partner closely with Sales, Client Experience, and Product teams to align initiatives with company goals and client needs.

Brand & Online Presence



Monitor and respond to feedback on platforms such as Trustpilot and Google Reviews, leveraging insights to enhance brand credibility. Research backlink, publication, and directory opportunities to improveSEO and online visibility. Support brand consistency and messaging across all marketing channels.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internship experience will be considered). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, social media management platforms, and analytics dashboards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A creative mindset with an eye for design, familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an asset. A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, growing organization.

What Success Looks Like



Effectively coordinate and deliver seamless marketing campaigns and events that enhance Triton's brand visibility. Provide structure and organization to marketing operations, ensuring all deliverables are on time and on brand. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure marketing activities support business goals. Proactively identify ways to improve campaign performance and communication processes. Demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and professionalism in all content and interactions. Take ownership of your projects and contribute ideas that drive innovation and growth.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
