What you'll do:



Organize campaign assets, route materials for approval, consolidate feedback, and ensure timely delivery. Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal and external partners; prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. Maintain and update campaign asset lists. Communicate relevant updates regarding events and campaigns to stakeholders. Prepare traffic documents for media platforms. Ensure on-time delivery of creative assets internally and externally. File campaign-related documents (creative assets, presentations, estimates) appropriately. Proofread and format promotional materials and presentations. Coordinate the digital flyer. Maintain organized files of contracts, estimates, and budget approvals. Manage marketing product sample inventory and oversee product orders and reconciliation. Manage store Curbex & magnet signage (briefing, QA, delivery). Handle Marketing inbox queries. Maintain team calendars, timelines, and schedules. Coordinate internal and external communications. Maintain asset libraries and brand materials (e.g., Copy Bible). Coordinate store visits and marketing events (including sponsorships and activations). Plan and support logistics for travel, shipping, signage, promotional materials, and onsite support. Oversee agency initiatives, including weekly status meetings. Coordinate team events. Update the Blocking Chart with weekly sales and traffic data Support internal communication to keep teams informed of ongoing and future marketing efforts Inform sales teams of upcoming events and promotions. Update the weekly promo document and manage input from cross-functional teams.

Who you are:



Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or related fields or have equivalent experience of at least 1-2 years specifically in a marketing role and associated functions. Excellent project management problem-solving, presentation, written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects in fast paced work environment with changing priorities and strict deadlines Must be able to work in a collaborative and results-oriented team environment Strong working knowledge of and comfort level using technology including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and social media.
