About the role



Strive is seeking a

Marketing Coordinator

to join our dynamic team on a 12-month

contract

. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for storytelling, design, and digital engagement.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing Strive's marketing initiatives across digital channels, broker communications, and internal campaigns - helping deliver A Better Lending Experience through every touchpoint. This position has a hybrid working environment and is based in Toronto, ON.



Key Duties and Responsibilities



Social Media Maestro



Design engaging visuals and graphics in Canva and Adobe. Write on-brand captions that align with marketing goals and industry trends. Plan, present, and schedule posts based on a monthly content calendar. Monitor tags and mentions, resharing relevant broker content. Ensure profiles are consistently active and on-brand.

Campaign Whisperer (HubSpot)



Develop weekly broker communications and internal newsletters. Design banners, headlines, and layouts for each email. Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and select target lists. Track performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, etc.) and optimize accordingly.

CRM Guardian



Update and maintain accurate broker and client profiles in the HubSpot. Manage communication preferences and subscription accuracy. Act as CRM backup support as needed.

Sales Spotlight Specialist



Partner with the sales team to plan and execute webinars, regional campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Develop creative materials, registration pages, and presentation decks to support sales-led events and product spotlights. Provide on-the-ground or virtual support during live events, ensuring seamless delivery and attendee engagement. Track and report on event participation, feedback, and overall campaign performance to drive future improvements.

Brand Champion



Assist with campaign planning, event coordination, and marketing collateral creation. Support broker engagement initiatives, sponsorship programs, and advertising efforts. Measure and report on campaign performance to help inform future strategies.

Digital Organizer



Monitor internal chats for relevant marketing content or media. Organize and archive campaign assets and photos by month for easy reference.

Confidentiality and Regulatory



Maintain employee, customer and partner confidentiality as described by Strive's Employee Code of Conduct Policy.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role. Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Google Analytics and social media ad platforms an asset. Strong writing and design skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with strong communication skills. Knowledge of the Canadian mortgage industry or financial services considered an asset.

Bilingualism (English & French -- written and spoken) is considered a strong asset.


Employment Type



Full time with regular working hours (currently remote and in-person hybrid working environment).
