The pay range for the co-op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level, and the specific skillset required for the role.


We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Acquisition Marketing team. As a key contributor, you'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives for all PC Financial banking and credit card products, driving new customer acquisition and portfolio growth. You'll be a proactive and independent team player, contributing to project management, campaign execution, budget oversight, and competitive analysis.


The ideal candidate possesses strong operational skills, a knack for building relationships, and a passion for developing innovative approaches to fuel business growth. A curious and analytical mindset is essential.

What You'll Do:



Contribute to all facets of the marketing portfolio, including paid, owned, and earned channel campaigns with a focus on executional excellence Act as a liaison between Marketing, Media, Product, Creative Agency, Legal, Analytics and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in all campaigns Strategic marketing planning support by writing briefs and maintaining marketing calendars Ensuring brand and data integrity by overseeing campaign set up Assist in monitoring, tracking, and communicating campaign performance through regular reporting Conduct business performance analysis and competitive research, presenting insights to the team on a regular basis Support the development of postmortems and facilitate test & learn strategies to optimize future campaigns Ensure accuracy and clarity by proofreading marketing materials Coordinate budget, including tracking, reporting, and invoice processing Contribute to operational efficiency and compliance working in coloration with legal teams Provide support for ad-hoc requests as needed

What You Bring



University degree with a specialization in Marketing or Communications 1+ years of related experience (experience or interest in financial services an asset) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Project Management and time management skills Solid business acumen Exceptional organizational skills
