We are looking for a

Marketing Intern (Temporary, Student Role)

to join our team and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities. This position is ideal for a student interested in digital marketing, event coordination, and creative projects who is eager to learn in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Event Coordination & Support

Help order promotional items and prepare materials for events. Assist with maintaining exhibitor portals and event documentation. Support the setup of pre- and post-event campaign lists in our CMS. Learn how to track and report on event ROI.

Website Content

Assist with website content updates using our Content Management System (CMS). Make sure updates follow brand standards and look polished.

Campaign & Lead Reporting

Support daily lead reporting and updates for the team.
Help track the performance of campaigns.

Administration

Help organize the shared marketing drive and content trackers. Assist with file management and permissions.
Support invoice processing and help ensure contracts are submitted on time.

Creative

Collaborate with outside designers to support the creation of marketing materials. Assist with preparing sales collateral, templates, and client-facing documents.

Who you are

Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and asking questions when needed. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with CMS, CRM, or design tools is a bonus but not required. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
