The Marketing & Contracts Coordinator plays a dual role in supporting both the commercial and branding functions of the organization. This early-career position is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for marketing, communications, and contract management within the oil & gas sector.


The Coordinator will oversee the company's marketing initiatives, manage social media channels, support contract ownership and master service agreements, and assist with RFP/RFQ submissions. The role will also be responsible for internal/external communications and event planning. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation and effective contract administration.



Core Responsibilities:




Marketing & Brand Management


Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the Canadian market across platforms like LinkedIn and industry-specific channels. Work with stakeholders within the business to create engaging, market-relevant content to highlight Centurion's energy, environmental stewardship, and equipment rental solutions capabilities. Manage community interactions, responding to inquiries, fostering engagement, and building Centurion's brand within Canada. Design and execute Canada-specific marketing campaigns to raise awareness about Centurion's services, including equipment rental and workforce support. Maintain and update company website content in coordination with leadership. Draft internal and external communications, including newsletters and announcements. Support leadership in preparing presentations and messaging for client and industry engagements. Organize and coordinate company events, client appreciation functions, graphic design initiatives, and industry trade show participation. Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, marketing materials, and promotional giveaways. Track marketing KPIs and provide monthly performance summaries. Maintain organized records for proposals, marketing materials, and event planning.

Contracts & Business Development Support


Maintain ownership of a contract database, ensuring all agreements are current, accessible, and properly archived. Track and monitor master service agreements (MSAs), including renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements. Support internal stakeholders by providing contract summaries and flagging key terms, obligations, or risks for review. Coordinate the contract approval process, ensuring alignment between commercial, HSE, legal, and operations requirements. Support with RFPs, RFQs, and bid submissions documents to identify submission requirements and deadlines. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide leadership visibility on contract performance, expirations, and bid success rates.

Qualifications:





Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years' experience in marketing, communications, or contract management. Demonstrated experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably with knowledge of Canada's energy sector. Excellent communication skills with a knack for creating regionally relevant, compelling content. Proficiency in analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge or interest in Canada's oil & gas and renewable sectors is an asset.
