We're hiring a Marketing & Content Specialist to join our award-winning team at External Affairs Medical Spa - St. Albert!

In this role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Director and play an essential part in shaping how our brand shows up online and in clinic. You'll blend strong graphic design skills with digital marketing expertise to develop engaging campaigns, elevate our visuals, and drive meaningful connections with our audience.

Known for our innovative treatments, curated client experiences, and bold creative direction, we're looking for someone who can help bring our brand vision to life across every platform and touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:



Design visually compelling assets for social media, emails, website, and paid ads that align with our brand identity Manage all social media platforms, including creating, scheduling, and posting content, monitoring engagement, and optimizing performance to grow reach and engagement Collaborate on the creation and execution of content calendars and strategic marketing campaigns Create high-impact print materials including billboards, brochures, and in-clinic signage Maintain a consistent tone, aesthetic, and messaging across all platforms and marketing materials Update and maintain our website (Squarespace), ensuring it stays fresh, engaging, and SEO-optimized Monitor current trends, cultural moments, and industry updates to create timely, relevant content Assist with reporting and analytics (social media, email campaigns, website traffic, etc.) Support influencer and partnership initiatives by creating branded assets and tracking performance Collaborate with internal team members across departments to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives

Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in a marketing, design or social media role Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Experience creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Working knowledge of Squarespace or other CMS platforms Familiarity with SEO best practices Excellent visual storytelling skills and a strong eye for layout and typography Bonus: Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Flodesk), Meta Ads Manager, or automation tools like Zapier Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
