ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the VP Marketing, you will use your well-developed marketing toolbox and external agencies as needed to deliver an integrated marketing communications strategy that ensures brand integrity, consistency and clarity across the organization. You will make us stand out to our B2B2C channels by leveraging various marketing activities and media formats, updating and reiterating based on customer feedback, market trends and the competitive landscape. Equal parts collaboration and execution, this is an ideal role for someone who writes strategically and adapts quickly.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Develop impactful sales support materials that articulate our products and story through PowerPoint decks, videos, website content, white papers, case studies, demo tools and other collateral.

• Position PAI Health as a thought leader, creating and distributing compelling content that educates insurers and corporate wellness managers about the unique value of our products and services.
• Select and manage marketing and public relations agencies and contractors as you identify the need for them; screening for fit, reviewing and refining content, managing stakeholder feedback and driving key priorities and timelines.
• Champion and protect the PAI Health brand, ensuring consistent brand communication across the organization and updating Brand Guidelines as necessary.
• Track success metrics and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, identifying opportunities to improve and demonstrating ROI of marketing initiatives where possible.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• You have experience marketing successful B2B software applications or complex solutions to business clients, channels and end users.
• You are strategic and entrepreneurial, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop original, creative content and strategies and oversee their detailed tactical execution.
• You proficiently establish processes for maintaining organization of marketing assets and managing projects and deliverables.
• You have experience selecting and managing agencies and contractors.
• You are highly collaborative with the ability to build relationships across all level of an organization and different geographies.
• Your analytical ability enables you to assess activities and drive performance improvement.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• If you have prior experience in insurance technology industry or related field, that would be an asset.
