Summary:

The Marketing and Communications Manager will be intricate to the development and execution of corporate marketing plans and other initiatives. This is a hands-on tactical role that will require the candidate to be flexible and draw upon a multitude of skills. The Marketing and Communications Manager is dedicated to delivering high-quality, brand-appropriate, accurate, and timely work while maintaining business goals. They will interface across several departments including sales, product management, engineering, customer services, and an extensive channel of partners.

What You\'ll Do:

  • Lead the development of the overall inbound marketing strategy and implement best practices across the marketing team
  • Lead and contribute to developing customer-facing collaterals with support from various departments, including copywriting, newsletters, email campaign, ads, promotional videos, flyers, case studies, whitepapers, datasheets, product catalogs, Etc
  • Planning and coordinating trade shows, including organization, show schedule, logistics, support material, product demonstrations and exhibitions, etc.
  • Direct management of graphic designer, indirect guidance to external marcom resource.
  • Planning and managing corporate events.
  • Coordinating press release drafting and dissemination.
  • Execute the product launch marketing plan for new products and releases of existing products, coordinate press release drafting and dissemination.
  • Work with Product Management on the advertising budget.
  • Work with Marketing Team to manage and optimize the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital advertising programs
  • Develop and execute customer surveys and workshops for improving customer satisfaction and innovative new products and solutions
  • Contribute to the development of new products by providing marketing requirements, and insights from customer survey and workshop
  • Managing company website, LinkedIn profile, and monitor web traffic
  • Update product literature on the website, including product brochures, datasheets, and other printer and electronic material
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You\'ll Bring:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or Business/Commerce
  • 5+\xe2\x80\x8b years of experience \xe2\x80\x93 preferably in a technology/\xe2\x80\x8bweb, advertising or marketing environment
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, highly changing environment
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating numerous projects simultaneously with attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Internet/Web/Social media savvy, including monitoring metrics (e.g. Google Analytics)
