FunTime is looking for a

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

who will take initiative to promote our brand, our team, and the great work we do.

This role is ideal for someone creative and resourceful who enjoys both hands-on content creation (photos, videos, social media) and strategic communication. You'll work closely with our team to share our story -- from the showroom to the job sites -- and help strengthen both our internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

Implement the established marketing strategy while enriching it with new ideas and initiatives to continually improve our positioning and results. Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms. Develop engaging videos, photos, and stories that highlight our team's work and our customers' experience. Coordinate communications with local media and community partners. Manage the company's online presence, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Support internal communications by sharing updates and recognizing team achievements. Collaborate with management to design marketing campaigns and promotions. Track performance and engagement to continuously improve content.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation (agency or in-house). Creative and proactive -- takes initiative and brings ideas to life. Skilled in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google adds etc.). Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.). Strong writing and storytelling skills. Able to connect with people easily and build authentic relationships. Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools. Bilingual (French-English).

Compensation

Salary: Based on experience. Benefits available after probation period. Creative, collaborative work environment within a growing local business.
