Accountabilities:

  • The Marketing Communications Specialist plans, conducts, and manages strategic marketing and communications activities to achieve brand goals.
  • Activities include developing and executing social media strategy, content marketing programs, PR releases and community management.
  • Responsible for influencer strategy, leading relationship with agency of record to recruit and manage influencer content
  • Understand brand positioning and differentiation strategies; implement tactics to grow brand awareness and strength; and evaluate metrics for measuring effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Experience & Skillset:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years\' marketing communications experience preferably on the client side within a consumer packaged goods or health & wellness brand or on the agency side acting in a client-facing AE or AM role.
  • Experience with a number of different tech and social platforms including Social & Marketing Cloud software (e.g. Sprout, Hootsuite, Salesforce) etc.
  • Must be ambitious and passionate about cultivating consumer relationships and its value to a marketer
  • Must be a versatile self-starter, detail oriented, and able to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to work with various internal and external partners
  • Strong understanding of consumer engagement in the digital marketing space as a whole
  • Experience with executing strategic and tactical plans to build sustainable and engaging communities
  • Experience managing a brand\'s social presence on numerous different social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Proactive and able to continuously manage change in an extremely fast paced, energetic work environment
