We are looking for an early-career professional who is energetic, outgoing, and enjoys meeting people. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with others, has good communication skills to talk to North Americans, and is open to extensive travel. Applicants must live in the GTA and be able to work on-site in Mississauga when not travelling. Candidates must also be legally able to travel within Canada and the United States (Canadian citizen, or valid U.S. visa).
Key Responsibilities
Support the company at trade shows and events across North America, including booth setup, visitor engagement, and materials coordination.
Travel frequently with the team and represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist with marketing activities such as preparing brochures, collecting content, organizing promotions, and helping with social media tasks.
Communicate clearly and confidently with prospective customers, partners, and internal team members.
Build and maintain positive relationships through follow-ups, warm introductions, and professional interactions.
Conduct basic market and event research to support planning and outreach efforts.
Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, travel details, and event activities.
Work on-site in Mississauga when not travelling, supporting day-to-day marketing and office operations.
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) to communicate with corporate North America
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching and speaking with people.
High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Must be willing and able to travel frequently across North America.
Must have legal ability to travel to the United States (citizenship or valid US visa).
Organized, reliable, and able to manage simple tasks independently.
Located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Experience is not a breaker but excellent soft skills are necessary
