THE ROLE

Join the CAF Virtual Fitness Team as our Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator!





Are you ready to flex your creative muscles? Are you the kind of person who can storyboard an Instagram Reel before your morning coffee, edit a killer video by lunch, and still have energy left to craft an email that makes people actually want to click? If so, we need you on our team.



This isn't your average desk job - you will be behind the camera, in the editing suite, and online making content that inspires action. If you live for storytelling across digital platforms and can turn fitness into must-watch, must-click, must-share content, we want you on our team.



The Marketing Campaign Coordinator plans, coordinates, communicates and delivers marketing campaigns and provide administrative services, such as but not limited to, assisting in budget preparation, preparing divisional communications, implementing manual/automated forms and procedures. They assist with tracking project progress, from initiation to completion, including communicating and coordinating with external departments and contractors. They act as liaison between departments and project participants to ensure continuity, accuracy and on time deliverables. They liaise with stakeholders, clients and vendors to respond to customer inquiries ensuring all elements of campaigns are communicated and delivered. They also coordinate production activities to include, but not limited to digital asset organization, production log, timeline and workflow follow ups necessary to maintain department schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses




College diploma or certificate in graphic design, commercial art or graphic communications, or in a related field, AND some years of experience in multimedia, or in a related field.


Experience




In office administration



In coordinating design and media projects



In coordinating multi-channel marketing projects



In various disciplines such as content, design, marketing and development



In creating and maintaining schedules for multiple campaigns



In writing, editing and updating correspondence, reports and other documents



In database maintenance



In applying policies, procedures and regulations



In using design software technologies



In multimedia development



In basic design concepts



In designing print and electronic multimedia material



In a multidisciplinary multimedia environment



In conventional and digital signage

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
