The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Specialist to lead the planning and execution of firm-wide marketing strategies across digital and print channels. This role involves developing practice-specific marketing plans, managing digital campaigns, creating marketing collateral, and overseeing vendor relationships. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this position plays a key role in shaping the firm's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the firm and specific practice areas
• Manage day-to-day digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media
• Create and edit content for blogs, press releases, and social platforms
• Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies
• Oversee design projects using tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
• Maintain and update the firm's WordPress website

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in digital marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and content marketing
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of WordPress and experience with marketing analytics
• Previous experience in a law firm environment is an asset
