Marketing Automation Specialist - Paid Media



We're hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist (Paid Media) who can combine technical expertise with creative execution.

You'll be responsible for building and optimizing landing pages, setting up accurate conversion tracking, and automating marketing workflows across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), and Bing Ads.

Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Google Tag Manager (GTM), CallRail, and CRM integrations will be a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities



Landing Pages & Web Development



Build and optimize WordPress and Webflow landing pages for lead generation funnels. Add and manage CTAs, forms, and UTM tracking for accurate campaign attribution. Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals across all pages.

Conversion Tracking & Automation



Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Integrate Google, Meta, and Bing Ads with CRM systems for seamless lead flow. Configure marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency. Validate tracking accuracy using CallRail and troubleshoot any discrepancies.

Reporting & Optimization



Monitor landing page performance. Identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates. Maintain website health by resolving link, redirect, and performance issues.

Requirements



3+ years of experience in marketing automation or conversion tracking. Hands-on experience with WordPress, Webflow, GTM, and GA4. Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads. Familiarity with CallRail or similar call-tracking tools. Experience connecting campaigns with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.). Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Etobicoke, ON (M9B, Peel District): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
