Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate who is ready to jump in, create awesome content, and help build our brand! This position requires a blend of analytical skills, passion and creativity.

What You'll Be Doing:

Rule the social media game - brainstorm, create, and schedule posts that grab attention and drive engagement (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) Make cool videos - film and edit short-form videos showing off our work, happy customers, behind-the-scenes moments, and team culture Design eye-catching ads and graphics - for paid ads, social posts, website banners, and more Launch digital ad campaigns - help set up and monitor ads on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Track what's working - report on campaign performance, social media growth, and suggest new ideas to level up Get creative - contribute ideas for marketing strategies, promotions, contests, and more Write a little, design a little - every day will be a mix of tasks to keep things interesting!

What We're Looking For:

You're passionate about social media, design, and video You have a good eye for what looks good and what people want to click on Some experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator (bonus points for Adobe Premiere or Filmora video editing skills) You're organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle a few projects at once without breaking a sweat You like working with a team but aren't afraid of coming up with original ideas

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
